Warranty
We stand behind the quality of the WET Stake. If any part of the device breaks due to normal wear and tear, we will promptly replace your unit at no cost. Additionally, if you are not satisfied with your device within 60 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund of your deposit and service cost.
Deposit & Equipment Return
Your $200 equipment deposit is fully refundable when you return the equipment in good working condition. The deposit may be partially or fully forfeited if:
- Equipment is not returned at the end of your lease
- Equipment is returned with damage beyond normal wear
- Equipment is lost or stolen
- Modifications have been made to the device
Equipment Care
Proper care extends equipment life and ensures your deposit is fully returned. See our Instructions for best practices on field setup and maintenance.
Disclaimer
Please note that any modifications made to the device will void your eligibility for a refund of the deposit. If you have suggestions for modifications, we encourage you to contact us to discuss them.
The WET Stake is designed to assist in watering and is not a flood prevention device. We are not liable for any water damage.
