- What is WET Stake?
- WET Stake is a water detection device that notifies you via phone call or text when water reaches it in a flood irrigation field. It helps you know exactly when to change your water without constant checking.
- How does it work?
- Simply turn on the device, place it where you want to detect water, and when water reaches the sensors it will call or text your linked phone number. To set up or change your phone number, just text the device ID (shown on the device) to the number provided.

- What does the subscription include?
- The subscription covers all data service, phone calls and text messages, customer support, and basic device maintenance. All of this for less than most people pay for cell phone service.
- Why is there a deposit?
- The deposit covers the cost of the device hardware. We guarantee the device against normal wear and tear. If damage occurs beyond normal usage (tractor, baler, etc.), repair or replacement costs may apply. Contact us if you have any problems and we'll get you back up and running quickly.
- How long does the battery last?
- The WET Stake battery lasts 2-3 weeks on a single charge. You can recharge it using any standard USB charger (same as a cell phone).
- What cell network does it use?
- WET Stake uses the LTE cellular network and can connect to multiple carrier towers. Unless you're in a very remote area with no cell coverage, it should work. If not, we'll provide a full refund.

- If you're not satisfied with your WET Stake within the first month of use for any reason, we'll provide a full refund. If your device malfunctions or breaks, we'll send a replacement right away.
